We want your Soflear jewellery to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our shipping information below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery to the United Kingdom
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Order Tracking
Every order comes with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@soflear.com and we will investigate promptly.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. Soflear cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
