Delivery Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery to the United Kingdom
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@soflear.com.
Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
We are unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to Return
To start a return, please contact us at support@soflear.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you full instructions including the return address. Please do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at support@soflear.com.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@soflear.com.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order once the return is accepted.
