Refund policy

At Soflear, we want to make returns simple and fair. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility
We accept returns for:
•    New, unused items.
•    Items that arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not accept returns for items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without proof of the issue.

Proof for Damaged Items
If your item arrived defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photo or video proof of the issue.
This helps us confirm that the damage was not caused by misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage after delivery.

Return Method
Returns must be sent by mail.
If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions and a return label that you can download and print, free of charge.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 days after we receive the returned item. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

We do not charge any restocking fees. Return shipping is free for approved returns.
