Delivery

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, delivery takes 3–5 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is £3.95. Orders over £45 qualify for free delivery.

Do you deliver outside the UK?
At the moment we ship to the United Kingdom only. We hope to expand to international destinations in the future.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes — every order comes with a tracking number. You will receive it by email once your order has been dispatched.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@soflear.com and we will investigate promptly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a return.

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@soflear.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send you the return address and instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Can I exchange an item?
The quickest way to exchange is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at support@soflear.com as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout including PayPal and Shop Pay.

Our jewellery is crafted to premium quality standards. Full material details are listed on each product page.

How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your pieces looking their best, avoid contact with water, perfume, and harsh chemicals. Store your jewellery in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Remove before swimming, bathing, or exercising.
